Casa Lola is a beautiful property situated in the hills of Marche region, with a spectacular view on the mountains, the valley and the agricultural lands around.
It is located near the very nice village of Monte San Martino, where you can find a café, a restaurant, a pharmacy and a small grocery store.
The house is vast with plenty of space for a large family (we were 8 adults, 4 kids and 2 babies.
The house was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped; the 6 bedrooms were impeccable. The large pool is well maintained and was very useful with temperatures exceeding 35 degrees; the landscape of the property is also beautiful with flowers, fruit trees, 3 terraces, plus the pool, etc.
Everything is provided for amusing the kids in the adjacent hangar.
Victoria, the owner, was very helpful in providing high chairs and 2 cots for our babies. She was always ready to help, provide advice and answer our many questions; communications were very easy with her.
This is an ideal property to gather a family and have a rest. I strongly recommend it.
Many thanks Victoria.

We (6 adults and 3 children under 3) had a fantastic week at casa lola and would highly recommend it to anyone. The house and its setting is absolutely stunning and everything from high chairs, bed rails and to childrens toys has been taken care of. The play barn was one of the many things that attracted us to casa lola and it didn't disappoint, in fact my 2 year old loved it so much, he's been asking whether we can get one! For older children (and adults!) there is still plenty to keep you entertained with table football, ping pong and a pool table. Victoria was super helpful and responsive to our questions and provided us with lots of helpful advice before our trip. Adela the house manager was great, nothing was too much trouble and we'd recommend hiring piero to cook for you - his food is restaurant standard so you don't even need to go out if you don't want to. Overall a fantastic week which was better than we'd hoped for and we can't wait to go back!

This is a very special place. The scenery is spectacular, with mountains and stunning views. Casa Lola is a sensitively restored and extended traditional farmhouse with fabulously stylish interiors. We had 3 families staying and it was spacious and flexible with lots of thoughtful touches such as two dining tables on the terrace - one to catch the early morning sun and a larger one for shaded lunches and dinners. With the pool, sun loungers, hammock and playbarn it was hard to drag the children away, but for those who did there were some fantastic mountain walks and historic local churches. It's a peaceful and really beautiful location and we can't wait to go back.

Casa Lola is an exceptional home away from home, with a luxurious feel and plenty of extra space to unwind. Inside the rooms are large and airy with bright generous corridors and outside there are breezy terraces and lots of choice of seating areas to suit your mood. Its fantastic layout means you see those magnificent views from wherever you are and enjoy a real sense of seclusion - even from one another if you want it. We had four children with us, the youngest just aged 2 and yet we were happy to let them hurtle about on their own; Casa Lola is very well maintained and child friendly.
The real jewel at Casa Lola for us was the huge play barn, I haven't seen anything like it and we couldn't have done without it when we needed to keep our energetic gang out of the sun and entertained after dusk.
There is so much to do you won't fit it all in. We managed some shopping in the local villages, a trip to a hilltop playground, boating on the lake, horse riding, trekking, a day trip across the mountains and a visit to meet the local farmer. We even made it to the opera thanks to a wonderful babysitter Victoria arranged. The spas looked like a lot of fun - something for another visit.
What distinguishes Casa Lola from anywhere else we stayed is how effortless everything felt; the hosts have put a lot of thought into making the experience extra special, there are lots of touches that elevate this villa above and beyond. They really want to you to love your time at the villa and we certainly did. I can't recommend it enough.

Fantastic very child friendly villa

It is a fantastic property that is very well managed. We went for a week (4 adults and 2 toddlers and 1 baby) and it perfectly matched our needs. It is in a beautiful area, it is pretty remote but we loved that. The barn in particular was amazing for the kids, so many toys and things to do. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is loads of toys and things to do and lots of space both indoors and outdoors. The area doesn't have many tourists but we found all the locals very friendly. Can't recommend it enough.
